PCUC – A Snapshot of the Restaurant Industry Post-COVID

The Property Casualty Underwriters Club invites you to join us for a special presentation, in which Chris Elliot, Senior Economist for Restaurants Canada (formerly CRFA), talks to us about the future of the Canadian restaurant industry, post-pandemic.

Despite the setbacks and challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the industry has shown resilience, innovation, adoption of new technologies and exploration of new sources of revenue. In this webinar, you’ll hear Chris Elliott, Senior Economist for Restaurants Canada, provide an overview of the country’s restaurant industry and answer questions such as:

  • Where are we with the recovery?
  • When do we expect to see restaurants recover?
  • What does the industry look like after the recovery?
